The processes of Professional Development Plans (PDPs) and active feedback allow team members and their managers to develop themselves fully. This is accomplished through the communication of clear goals and objectives, making sure team members have the training, tools and resources necessary to do their jobs effectively, providing continuous coaching and feedback, summarizing progress and performance on an ongoing basis, and supporting team members in their development.
This PDP enables each team member to analyze individual development needs, set specific goals and target opportunities to meet these identified goals. This achievement of our professional goals will, ultimately, benefit each of us individually, our company and our valued clients.
